Currently pouring over in wonderment this collection of colour photographs from Lonely Planet, showcasing some of the most awe-inspiring sights this planet has to offer. I was lucky enough to find this book nestled at the foot of the family Christmas tree, and luckier still that it didn’t push my check-in luggage over the 20 kg limit when I flew south back to my adopted home of Melbourne!
At 224 pages, it is one weighty tome, and one best weighted to a coffee table nearest you. I have many favourites among the 200+ images, but I’ll start by sharing these two…Pretty amazing, huh?
